Hand in hand with my love of travel is my love of food and wine, visiting cities to try local and regional dishes and sample wines that you may not readily see at home. How often have you been in a bar or restaurant abroad and seen all the locals eat or drink something that you did not recognize, well I have tried to identify the local delicacies. Sometimes to find good places to eat takes more than just a guide book and internet sites, some in depth research and following where the locals go may be required.
